New Human Capital Management System

On January 2, 2020, the current HRMS, Payroll, OARS, and Employee Self Service (ESS) systems will be replaced by the PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management system. Immediately following, the new recruiting and applicant tracking system, Taleo, will replace SearchSoft. During the next strategic budget cycle, which starts January 15, 2020, the new School Budget Planning Tool will also be released.
