1:1 Device Deployment

As part of the districtwide device distribution, the User Support Services (USS) Department is providing schools with a number of devices (inclusive of existing school inventory) now through the end of December needed to achieve a 1:1 ratio. The amount of devices delivered per school will be based on:

• Student enrollment data

• The number of Active Chromebooks currently enrolled in the CCSD G Suite domain per school

• Inclusion of an approximate 5% “spare pool” to accommodate breakage, loss, minor fluctuations in enrollment, etc.

Schools that do not have sufficient inventory to distribute devices to students in need during the district wide distribution should submit a Device Request Form.
