Applications fall into three general categories:

1. School Service – These applications are designed primarily for K-12 students and will be used primarily by K-12 students. For SAFE Review in CCSD you will be required to submit both a CCF-386 and a vendor-completed Student Data Use Questionnaire.
2. General Purpose – These applications are NOT designed primarily for K-12 students, but will be used primarily by K-12 Students within CCSD. For SAFE Review in CCSD you will be required to submit a CCF-386, but you will NOT need a vendor-completed SDUQ.
3. Staff Only – These applications are NOT designed primarily for K-12 students, and WILL NOT have K-12 student users or information in the system. There is no additional documentation required for SAFE Review in CCSD.
